Ziel des Ensembles Reconsil, 2002 gegründet von Roland Freisitzer,  Thomas Heinisch und Alexander Wagendristel, war und ist in erster Linie  die Aufführung Neuer Musik sowohl aus Österreich als auch aus Ländern  der ganzen Welt.
